Somerville Consultants (formerly Roy Somerville Surveys Pty Ltd) currently operates from Underwood, with team made up of Town Planning Consultants, Surveyors plus support staff. The company has been involved in various Residential, Industrial and Commercial developments within the south east region of Queensland, with the majority of current projects based within the Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane and Gold Coast Council areas.

Past projects have included Community Title Scheme and conventional freehold subdivisions, detached and attached housing projects, townhouses and medium/high-rise building developments, mining surveys, engineering details, as-constructed work as well as the planning aspects of a varying range of development applications. Our capabilities have also extended to members of our team adopting the role of Expert Witness in matters held in many Australian Courts ranging from the Planning and Environment Court, Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.

Our office location allows easy access to the local Councils, Government Departments, Planning and Environment Court and a broad range of industry professionals.
